Ilaria Miller graduated in law (magna cum laude) at the University of Trento with a specialization in international law, discussing a dissertation in international public law entitled “State immunity in civil jurisdiction in case of violation of fundamental human rights”.
During the University she focused her studies mainly on private and public international law and she attended an intensive program on international trade law ““General Problems of Transnational Law and its Implications for the Companies in International Trade” at the Deusto University of Bilbao (Spain).
From 2010 to 2013 she worked in law firms that dealt with civil and administrative law.
In 2013 she became a lawyer and she worked in law firms in the field of intellectual property, civil and administrative law.
In 2019 she has been admitted to practice before the Italian and EU IP Offices, as Registered Trademark and Design Attorney.
She dealt mainly with oppositions, invalidation actions, trademark searches, coexistence agreements and negotiations aimed to reach out-of-court dispute settlement, trademark surveillance services.
